I noticed yesterday that certain items from the Everyday Clutter Kit are missing, from the Build/Buy catalogue, even when I tried searching for them by name, I still couldn't find them. But when I checked for them in a house I built the day before the recent update, they were still in that house where I had used them. But when I tried copying them, to see where they were in the catalogue, nothing happened, it was like they didn't exist in the game.
I own ALL PACKS, except the recent new Kits that just came out, so nothing should be missing. The items I found missing that were from The Everyday Clutter Kit are: Aoral Ambrosia Headset, Phone & Keys, Invincible Frame Tray, Spare Specs, Write It Down Notebook, Subtle Serve Makeup Kit, The Adoringly Adorned Jewelry Stand, Mug Trio, Mug Solo, Mega Magazine Stack, and Cap Of Lucky Ambition.
But though I don't know where it's from the Not So Simple Pen Holder, which I also had in the same house that had the Everyday Clutter items, is also missing from my game, I clicked on it to copy it as well, because I thought it was also part of the Everyday Clutter Kit, but I then looked up the pack and found a list of the items in the pack, with pictures, and found it wasn't in it, but it's also NOT in my game either.
Which means there is a lot more missing then just items from just the Everyday Clutter Kit. As I said I own ALL the packs, except the 3 new ones released this week, so I should have a ton of things in the Clutter category in the Build/Buy catalogue, but I have a very little stuff now, even when I use the cheats to show all hidden objects and special items. It may just be those things that are decor items or under clutter, I don't know for sure on that.
I have already tried some EA Help troubleshooting thing through their useless chat bot, to reset my game, which I did, I backup my game folder, changed the name, then deleted the folder under EA, restarted my PC, and then turned the game on, and went into play, after of course having to go into CAS to play a new game, checked for those items again, and of course they were all still missing. Nothing had changed.
So if anyone at EA tries to claim it's a mod, well we can tell them that isn't it, because even with a completely vanilla game, basically a totally new game, completely reset, nothing changed, it's still missing items.
I also tried using repair game, and checked it again, and still nothing, the items are still missing. And yes that was after the reset even, so still vanilla.
