Hello, just today I finished building a huge build but now I try to upload it to the gallery, either it the download does finish but nothing happens or the download just runs forever. I upload regularly on the gallery and usually nothing happens. I checked online and people said that removing painting usually does the trick but, I tried it and nothing happens. I’m now out of tricks and I really want to upload it to the gallery so it won’t ever get lost please help Edit By Crinrict: Added Tag to Title, moved to bugs.

I am having the same problem (PS4). I have no mods or cc, I only have one household uploaded to my gallery, and I am not using any antivirus.

I am having this problem as well when it comes to uploading both Sims households and lots onto the gallery. Endless spinning circle that causes me to have to force quit my game. I have removed all my mods, restarted the app, restarted my computer. repaired my game, and nothing works. I did get one gallery error that said the server was down. Now it’s not even letting me connect to the gallery. For reference, I was able to upload to the gallery just fine a few days ago.

I cannot upload builds or households to the gallery. There hasn't been any recent updates so I'm unsure what the issue could be

@304jess I'm experiencing this issue as well; I've tried every fix. The message states, "We could not process this gallery request."

Hey everyone, I merged your messages together since it looks like you are encountering the same issue.

May I ask what platform you are playing on? If you are playing on PC, do you have any mods or cc in your game?

Hello, yes I use cc and mods but a have very few textures for the body (that's all for cc) and I use MCcommand centre. I play on the Mac m2 chip, usually everything runs perfectly fine on max graphics. The game never crashes glitches or anything expect for the endless loading screen while I upload to the gallery. The only other time I experienced glitches with the experience surrounding the sims 4 is with the ea app that glitches regularly.

I always had those criteria and usually I don't experience any lag or bugs (expect for the ea app glitches)

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except castle kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to upload something to the gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? The loading circle appears and won't stop spinning. You have to force quit the game. Consequently, there hasn't been a new gallery item since yesterday 9/9.
What do you expect to see? Builds uploaded to the gallery and new gallery items showing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
