[FIXED] [GALLERY] Favorites Not Showing/Disappearing

I was just coming to report this issue as well. On top of that, my favourites aren't loading in my catalogue. I only get a wheel that spins endlessly.

Since the update the other day on the gallery, my gallery only shows my favorite rooms. It doesn't show any of my favorite lots nor households that I have saved previously. I had soo many saved & I can click the heart to favorite a household or lot & then go to my favorites & nothing is ever there. Not sure exactly what's going on! Please help! Thanks!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Journey to Batuu and some of the kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Favorite a few lots or households in the Gallery. Save and quit, then reload.
What happens when the bug occurs? The lots or households you favorited previously in the Gallery are now not favorited.
What do you expect to see? If I favorite a Gallery item, I expect it to save and remain favorited.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

After seeing the thread report about Maxis favorited items in the Gallery no longer being favorited, I started to look closer at the items I have favorited. I try to make sure I favorite a simmers' creation when I download it as a way to show my thanks. However now, favoriting an item doesn't save anymore. It will be there for as long as I'm playing at that time, but when I quit and play again later the favorites are not there anymore. Right now, the only thing that seems to work is saving an item to my Gallery Library, or uploading one of my items to my catalog.

This happens whether I have mods in the game or not, so I don't think the mods are the culprit.

Everything disappeared. I don't even have a tab to look at anything I've favorited anymore. I looked at the instructions in this thread- https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/How-can-I-see-my-favorites-on-the-Sims-4-Gallery/td-p/4331579/page/2 and I don't have any options to look up items I favorited.

@Cabelle1863 If you click on View Catalog, do you not have the option to filter by My Favorites ?

Hi! I apologize for the delay in replying. I can't sign into Answers HQ on my computer for over 2 days now so I'm trying to do this on my phone browser.

Thank you for the photo, it's very helpful and I was able to find my saved favorites. But yeah, the bug seems to affect all new lots and households. They don't save when I reload. I've also noticed something odd about the old items, the heart isn't green like it normally would be. When I favorite an item, the heart would stay green. Like how the icon for something I save to my library stays green.

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to share screenshots or saves until I'm able to sign in on my computer. When I try to sign in, I get an error message that the site can't be reached, that accounts.ea.com unexpectedly closed the connection. Is this a known issue with Answers HQ?
