[FIXED] [GRO] Sims call to help with infant although no infant in household

What is your current game version number? Version 1.81.2
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the Grunge Revival Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a household without children and answer some phone calls
What happens when the bug occurs? A random sim calls saying that they are free to assist with child care but my sim's current household does not have any children.
What do you expect to see? These calls only happening when children are in the household
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No/Never

I get a phone call from Eleanor Sullivan every day asking if she can come over to look after my kids. Problem is, I don't have any children, I just have one young adult Sim! Each time, I either reject the call or choose "no thanks" but she keeps calling. This has only started with my latest save file which I created today.

What happens when the bug occurs? Childless Sims get regular calls from Eleanor Sullivan offering to help with new infants.
What do you expect to see? Childless Sims shouldn't be contacted to help with infants they don't have.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updated to the latest verson 1.81

I attach images. My Sim got several calls today over 4 hours real time gameplay.

Edit: went back into my game and she's now getting the calls just after mid day every day.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?  All of them except Vampires, Werewolves and Journey to Batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a household with children in it.
What happens when the bug occurs?  My sims get a message from Eleanor Sullivan offering to look after my infant although I don't have any in my household.  I cancelled the pop-up on the first day but when it came again the next (sim) day I said yes just to see what happened and Eleanor began a Stay Over.   
What do you expect to see?  No phonecalls from Eleanor Sullivan - tbh honest it's kind of creepy having a complete stranger call to look after infants whether there is one in the household or not!

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?  It happened after the most recent patch update - 26 September 2023.

After the most recent update I have been receiving almost constant calls from Eleanor asking if I need help with infant when my sim doesn't have any infants and is not even pregnant. I haven't re-enabled mods yet as I'm still waiting for a couple to update so it isn't mods causing this. 

I only started getting this bug when my sim married a townie that, turns out, had a kid with Judith Ward (Just...why is it always Judith....?). He didnt know Judith at all so I'm genuinely confused how this happened, but I assumed this was the cause. Perhaps the inconsistency is due to a sim needing to have a kid, leave that kid with the other household and move into a child-free household. But the child wasn't in his household before, so I don't understand why he's getting pestered. A temporary fix might be to go and age that infant up so its a toddler or child, and move on from there. But this should be fixed, workaround or no. 

But, I have to ask yet again, WHY is it ALWAYS Judith??? Stop crashing my sims weddings and stop having kids with my sims friends!

Same issue here. I have one sim in university. No infants or any other sim at all. Just got this -
