The Items Removed error message will no longer appear if you own everything on the lot.

I don't really see much consistency for specific lots I get the error on. I don't really use gallery and I'm not much of a builder so I generally just use premade lots. I've seen the error pop up on empty lots, premade lots in regions I've never traveled to, lots where build is disabled like an NPC's home or the hospital. I've often see it show up after exiting CAS and reloading a lot that had previously loaded without issues. Because of this, I have a feeling the error is tied to an ambient effect or an object spawning somewhere in the region.
I also notice it pop up the most in the evening/night, though this may be confirmation bias because that's when I do the most traveling.
I can provide a save for 3/13, which I believe is prior to the patch.However, I don't recall seeing the error prior to 3/14 so I don't know if this will be helpful or not for whatever you're looking for. I can provide earlier/later saves as well if you'd like.
