Every time we go to play on a saved family this error popped up, it was playing fine last night and this morning and only changed after the new update.

.. So .. tested a few saves but I made the mistake that I lumped all 134 in the same folder so I'm not sure if I'm testing the right ones
I am having the same issue after the patch update on June 10th. My game was playing normally with the first patch, but after the second patch to fix the first set of corrupted save files I can no longer enter any of my previous saves. My save stopped working mid gameplay. Originally I was able to get into the game and play my legacy save with no error. After I went into CAS the loading screen came up and then sent me back to the worlds screen with error 134. As soon as that happened I exited without saving. I was able to get back into my save and play up until the point that I had gotten to the last time. I saved my household before going into CAS as a precaution. When I exited CAS error 134 came up again. I quit without saving and turned off sims for the night. The next day I got into origin and repaired my sims game. Now when I try to access my previous saves it gives me the error 134. I started a brand new save and can play with that in the meantime, but I have a 11th generation legacy with 7 branches that I can no longer access. This has been my save since 2014, so I really hope it can be fixed.
I also have a last exception file that gets created when I try to access my save. Will this help?

Now, I can't load any household on that one specific saved file. It's only happening to one saved file. Now, I can't load any household on that one specific saved file.
It's only happening to one saved file.
I've already tried repairing the game from Origin, I even tried clearing the cache from sims 4 folder but still no go.
How do I fix this ?

What happens when the bug occurs?When trying to load any families the game takes me make to the manage worlds screen and displays "The game failed to load. Error Code: 134:b378c837:4240d837. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." This started around 25% of the time and was only when trying to travel anywhere. I was able to bypass the problem by loading older versions of the saves. Since then it has progressively gotten worse and 95% of the time I cannot load saves (old or recent). On the rare occasion it manages to load, as soon as a sim travels to work it bugs out to manage worlds and displays the message again. Since the first time it happened when sims were traveling to Rattlesnake Bar the bar has a warning sign and says "Bar - Incomplete" above it. The game is effectively unplayable. What do you expect to see?For the game to function and to be able to play it without constantly losing my progress. I don't really think there is a way to fix it except for the developers to create a patch at this point (surely they must be working on it right now so thanks in advance developers!), since the same error occurs for PC as well as Mac I'm guessing it's a problem in the coding....
But then again I might be wrong who knows at this point to be honest...
