[FIXED] Reaper's Rewards: GUI not showing tasks

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.185.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything besides Lovestruck EP, Menswear kit and Party kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be online for the Reaper Rewards Event
What happens when the bug occurs? The Reaper Rewards event pops up, but the task area is blank
What do you expect to see? All the tasks I need to complete at this stage of the event
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The event popped up exactly at noon Eastern, so the timing was spot on, but unfortunately, I can't start it! I've tried switching households, exiting/reentering the game, turning off mods and deleting my caches and repairing the game, but I still cannot see the tasks for the event, but it is working fine for my daughter, who is also on PC and updated to the latest version. When I try doing the tasks that she has on her screen, they aren't working or showing up for options for me to do, so it seems I just don't have the full event in my game. So sad because I was looking forward to this one!

Resolved an issue where the Reaper’s Rewards quests would disappear from the UI.

Fixed in Patch 1.109.207.1020/2.00

Same, I even did a repair on my game to see if that would help and still can't see any of the tasks.

~~Try the following~~

~~Close the game~~

Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old

~~Repair the game~~

Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. Be aware that your claimed event rewards will also be gone for the time being but you will get them back with your other things.

~~Start a new save game~~

~~Check if you still have the error~~

~~Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.~~

Yeah, mine is showing up the same for both prompts ☹️ all I did was talk about ambrosia once, I went to edit a sim and came back with prompts but no task list anymore I've repaired my game I noticed it let me claim the book but I'm not sure why

I started the Reaper's Rewards Event today. I was able to complete a few tasks. I traveled to another lot to get flowers for the quest. Then I came back home the task list disappeared. I have no mods/cc, completely vanilla game. I cleared all the caches incase that was causing issues. This was all in a brand new save. I don't know if traveling caused it, but that shouldn't be the case. I also play on mac if that helps.

I had the same issue after going to a rentals unit in my save. After I tried to open a new save and the quests werent showing up in that new save too

If you use tool, please remove the mod.

happening to me too currently, but only for the second half of the weekly quest. I could complete all tasks for the first part, planting flowers and everything (although my mailman kept waving and not delivering my mail and a new mailman had to come for it to work) but now the tasks for the second half won't even show up..

I've completed some tasks and got rewards for them, but then I went to CAS and when I got back to live mode the tasks list has become blank. It doesn't return when I restart the game, change household or start a new save.
