No I chose never used mods because I don't use any since my new saves and I did a factory reset before starting new ones. I had just downloaded from Steam the new expansion pack and started playing and all the new items showed **DEBUG**. Please try all the suggestions on the first page.

You'll need to do the repair through Steam.

@crinrict ok.

I don't use mods.

I already did a Steam repair, but the names still persisted **DEBUG**.

Origin and Steam are set to use English.

I changed to Portuguese - Brazil in both and **DEBUG** is still shown instead of the item's name.

I changed back to English in both and still no success.

I deleted TS4_x64.exe and TS4.exe and did a repair and **DEBUG** wasn't fixed too.

I found out that my EP12 folder has no strings file compared to the others.

I tried deleting it and repairing, but the folder that came from Steam still has no string files.

the Delta folder stops at EP11, it won't download EP12 from Steam

I deleted the whole Sims 4 folder and did a repair; the game was downloaded again; but EP12 came with no strings file nor Delta has EP12 folder.

What happens when the bug occurs? Text Strings are missing in my game for the HS Expansion pack items.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see text that explains what the items are (Aspirations, Traits, Build Buy items, etc.)

Please describe the patch or change you made. This appeared after installing the HS Expansion pack.

All text strings for the HS Expansion pack items are missing. I am unable to play the game due to this issue. Text strings for the other packs are present. I tried following instructions in an older thread to correct this issue such as changing the language, repairing my game, etc. but nothing is working.

@Arthur Gibraltar Delta won't be created before the first patch after the pack.

The problem is the missing language file.

Did you use Steam to download the pack ?

Bugs I have discovered since High school Years dropped-
tool tips for any High School Years things, are blank. Ex.- the new bonus traits have blank tool tips in CAS- don't know what to select because blank tool tip.
Cannot select facial items to change them in CAS. Ex.- can't click on eyes, lips, ears, etc.
New build items, for High School Years, show as debug????
There were other things, but I am a little angry now to think of them all.
And yes, no mods or CC, deleted localthumbcache.package, yada yada, no luck.

I did; I sent you a private message. So the Delta missing is ok, then; I download with Steam: the download comes without Strings_ENG_US.package, which is present in the other EP folders; I tried all the steps above, only the strings package is missing then.

Same issue. No mods, new save. Repairing game through steam didn't help.
