[FIXED] [XB/PS] Can't raise or Lower walls/Toggle floor (D-Pad Patch)

What is your current game version number? 1.41
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Get Famous, City Living, Journey to Batuu, Strangerville, Vampires, Realm of Magic, My First Pet Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, and Bust the Dust Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into build mode and turn on bb.moveobjects on
What happens when the bug occurs? When you turn on bb.moveobjects, the dpad stops working until you go back into build mode and turn moveobjects off.
What do you expect to see? The directional pad should still work whether or not I use cheats in my game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Almost every time I use bb.moveobjects, I can’t move my walls, go up/down to floors, neither can I switch between sims. I have to go back into build mode and turn bb.moveobjects off in order for the dpad commands to work again. Console players should be able to use cheats without struggling.  

I'm having the same problem with PC. I noticed it right after I downloaded Vampires after the update and now I can't seem to make it go away. Was there an update on your end as well?

I think so, I just changed from ps4 to ps5 and thats when I was having the issues.

Uggghhh I don’t understand I just want a quick and easy fix is there any way I can sort this bug out without whipping the whole game which I’ve been working on for a while (ps I think mine is from moving households) 

Today, I try to play sims 4 on Ps5 like always and when I press up or down side to side it won’t do anything. I cannot go up a level or down and I cannot see the walls up or down. It just doesn’t work. I thought it was the controller but I tried both and it doesn’t do anything either.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a household (any household pre-existing or non pre-existing) and try to use the D-pad to put the walls up or down or cycle between floors
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to put the walls up or down with the d-pad however they do not do up or down and I also cannot cycle between floors which basically breaks the game until I restart my game
What do you expect to see? The walls should go up or down with the D-pad

I have deleted the reserved space and restarted my console many times however it only temporarily gets rid of the issue and it comes back again eventually
