Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going to play as the sim family or "continue" in the main menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? As soon as game finished loading. UI glitched out, to even if a pop up pops up, and something gets answered, the UI of the pop up stays, as long as game is 'Full screened'.
What do you expect to see? Live Gameplay of the Sim family.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. it happened after updating the game to 1.109.185.1030 on 9/18/2024
When the game had been opened in full screen mode/full screen windowed, the UI glitches and leaves a 'image' behind, including any thought bubbles on the game from the sims.
I had tried to restart the game, reinstall, and repaired it, however nothing helped.
Happened shortly after the update on 9/18/2024.
