@Sarahootp I checked your save and saw that your Sim is in the detective career. I think this is related to the known issue so I merged your post with the bug report on it.

I was able to load the family by loading another family first and the cycling back to the family in HOB.

I would remove him from the detective career and play another career for the time being.

EDIT: Attaching the LE I'm getting for this.

I cleaned my PC for like 3 days in total, and couldn't play for 2 weeks just because of a detective career ??!! 🤣🤣

    @Sarahootp I hope it works for you if you just remove the Sim from the career. You do have to load another family first to get him out of work.
