Then start the game and continue playing with the same Sim who is at work. And let him stay longer and be over his normal working hours. I have already cleared the cache, deactivated mods and repaired the game. Unfortunately it didn't help, hence the bug report! :P Important! The LE was created after I had loaded household B. I was then able to load household A again without an error code being generated.
