Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

I did indeed have a bunch of last exception files. I deleted them and then triggered a new one, as you instructed. The .txt file reads as follows:

    @SketchyMonster that is from a modded game. Could you move your mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache file and then try on a backup of your save game ?

      @crinrict I'm so sorry! I forgot I had re-instituted my CC. I just put the mod folder away, deleted localthumbcache, deleted the lastexception I sent you, and then triggered the error again. I don't have a backup of the save.... here is the lastexception I got after triggering it again:

        @SketchyMonster Have you been using custom careers ?

        Could you try the following (with no mods)

        1. Load the save game with the error
        2. Load into the household
        3. Receive error
        4. Try loading the household again.
