Light shines trough the ceiling

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Deutsch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.102.190.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? - EP: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 14 - GP: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 10, 11, - SP: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, -SP23, SP33, SP35
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add a window on the wall in the first floor and attach a white curtain. Put a table above on the second floor. Add a table light and change the color to pink so you can really see it while downstairs. The curtain downstairs will appear pinkish from the table light above.
What happens when the bug occurs? light from upstairs shine trough the ceilings ever since we been able to add wallpaper on the ceilings.
What do you expect to see? No light shining through the ceiligns. It's not a CC or Mod problem because I tested it with CC and without.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Since we been able to add wallpaper on the ceilings. If I am not mistaking, it's since Horse Ranch.

I don't know if anyone has already reported the light problem, but since we have been able to wallpaper the ceilings, I have noticed that light from the second floor shines through the ceiling.
This is particularly noticeable when the light is colored, as can be seen in my example pictures.

To best see it, add a window on the first floor wall and attache a white curtain. Put a table above on the second floor. Add a table light on it and change the color to pink so you can really see it while downstairs. The curtain downstairs will appear pinkish from the light above. It's not a CC or Mod problem because I tested it with CC and without.

Also the thought bubbles from any Sim walking around will be seen through the walls and any world area. It was not like that before Horse Ranch.
