@vsimsv I've merged this with the existing report then.

The missing NPCs is the cause for the missing options.

      @vsimsv I don't know why they don't appear in certain saves. Don't know of a way to trigger them.

    I've had the same proble, with the newest patch. No mods here, everyone else shows up. There is no makeup person at all
