Yes, my sim can ride with somebody that is not a friend

I tested this multiple times. Sims can also ride with friends, sometimes.

Honestly I think I get a routing failure 90% of the time and not for 10% of the time.

And that there is no clear reason why. I tried different relationship levels, different age groups, mood, within and without groups etc.

    @Heddelviven I'm unable to duplicate. I did have instances where it drops out of queue but that was during a thunderstorm.

    Did you ever test on a new save game ?
