No, I've finished updating patch 1.100.147.1030, then I tried playing The Sims 4, and created a new game, suddenly there was the same problem as yesterday's patch because of the "Wiggly" trait, maybe except for all the traits for infant sim. There are twin infant sims, select the "Sunny" trait for the first infant sim and the "Wiggly" trait for the second infant sim. Twin infant sims have aged up, after the last day, then suddenly there was the same problem as yesterday's patch except for the Trait "Sunny" because it was safe.
I tried restarting the new game, then suddenly it's still the same. Because the "Wiggly" trait is a bug, except for all infant sim traits.

I have tested the birthday cake, and the properties are safe, but there are only a few moodlets. If you use the "Cas.Fulleditmode" cheat without the birthday it's a bug.
