[NEEDS SAVES] Moodlets/Quirk Notifications for infants after Infant has aged up

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion: All except for Horse ranch, and snowy escape Game: All except Journey to batuu, realm of magic, and strangerville Stuff: All except fitness, bowling night, vintage glamour, romantic garden and luxury party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an infant sims and age them up and the bug possibly can occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim after aging up from an infant will be crouch down as if they were still an infant and a quirk notification would pop up. Happens with all ages. Makes playing households very unplayable.
What do you expect to see? Sims should stop getting infant notifications when they're no longer infants and should stop having the same crouching ability the infants do.
