Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? grow a previously bugged infant to toddler

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
toddlers aged up from sims generated before the infant quirks patch still have the same issues, ie my sims had a baby and i stopped playing for a bit, the patch came out and i started playing again, the newborn then grew to an infant and gained the early riser and gassy quirks upon aging into a toddler they will still get the early riser and gassy notification of infant quirk discovery which means any babies that were generated BEFORE the patch are still bugged id also request help on how to find the trait commands, i tried removing the hidden traits shown with other tickets like this but specifically the early riser trait doesn't appear to be named early riser as the console tells me its an invalid name
part of the reason i made this! the game didnt register an "early riser" infant quirk so i cannot remove it
sadly i was growing too annoyed with it and aged her up with a cake so i do not have the toddler, as a child she has luckily not exhibited any problems, are normal players able to find the names of hidden traits to fix things like this on our own?
