[ARCHIVED] [FR] [HSY] [NKSP] Can't send items on RRentals (Plopsy/Trendi)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Xbox Series X
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.11.2310
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Mostly all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? List an outfit on trendi and once it's sold, try mailing it
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot mail item
What do you expect to see? To mail outfit
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. New for rent pack

As a tenant in Tomeramg, you cannot mail your sold outfits from Trendi in shared mailbox. I had to put the mailbox physically into my unit.

    I just downloaded Rent and now I cant sell my paintings on Plopsy. I have tried restarting the game. I have double checked my cc is current to the new update. What can I do?

    Yes, I have tried it without cc and it still doesnt work. What happens is you get the option to click on the painting to sell it but when you click on it, it doesnt show up in the task list as something they should do.

    I did that and it seemed to help for a bit but then it stopped working again. I even tried going from a base game mailbox to a Rent mailbox and the same issue. Sorry I didn't put that in the original post.

    @cozybunnyxo are you maybe using the Snowy Escape mailbox? I had the same problem with that one, but when I switched to a regular one, it was fine

    @EeveeTinnI am in the default rental in Sungai Point in Tomarang and their default mailboxes there won't work as a tenant for mailing my outfits, so I went into build mode and added a regular one, still wont work, so added the wall one inside my unit and that worked. Might be something with shared space.

    @cozybunnyxo I haven't tested this but someone else was saying they were having issues (need to find the thread later).

    I've added Plopsy to the title as well for now as it's likley to also not work. Could you test that too if you have the pack ?
