This is now getting ridiculous , Sims i have with the faithful trait and who have been failthful all the time are getting this moodlet saying they are sad for being near a sim they have been unfaithful with and then a few days later they get a moodlet that doesnt even let them romance with their partner saying they need to confess being unfaithful when they have not
This has been happening for a while
All EP's , all Game Packs , All Stuff packs a few kit packs
Updated to the latest version
No mods in game

If you have autonomy set on then your sims are likely flirting with other sims which will trigger the unfaithful moodlets. You can turn autonomy off in game options, however then you have to fully control all your sims actions. You could use a mod like MC Commander to disable autonomous flirting only to prevent your couple from straying.
