What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion packs: Get to work, cats & dogs, seasons, discover university, eco lifestyle, snowy escape, cottage living, growing together. Game packs: Parenthood, dream home decorator. Free stuff: Holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens when played households in the same world interact with each other. For example when household A visits household B, or if a member of household A interacts with a member of household B on a public lot. The next time you play as household B, the previous milestones from Growing Together are completely erased. Rotational play, essentially.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my played households interact with each other on any lot, the milestones from Growing Together disappear completely from the household or household member that is not currently being played. First I play as household A and visit household B and interact with them, the next time I play as household B all of my sim's milestones are forgotten, except for marriage, made a best friend, adopted pet, had a child, first woohoo, got a job and first love for my young adult sims. Infant milestones are completely erased.
What do you expect to see? When my played households interact with each other, the already redeemed milestones should stay saved for all of my sims the next time I play.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have only had this issue with infants, children and young adults, as I have not played as any other age with Growing Together.
