Plan outfits works as a successful workaround to remove the glitched moodlet, can confirm.
Interestingly, moodlet solver also doesn't get rid of it.

Also confirming that planning outfits will get rid of the moodlet. I used a mirror.
ok, so... I actually have had this glitch happen a lot, and it happens every time. Just go into manage worlds, then go back, should be fine.
