I don't have any update to share yet, unfortunately. The team is still looking into it.
@SimQARobo Are they though? It bas been 2 weeks and I would have thought by now there would be a fix or a little more of an update than “the team are looking into it” considering this isn't just a little problem with the game, most of us cant actually play the game at all since the update.
It is very frustrating now and it seems like EA are not “looking into it” at all!
Does there have to be a certain amount of complaints before EA actually sort it out?
- @Ashmc28 I know I’m so mad! I just wanna play my game! I can’t play at all! It kicks me out every time I try and it’s very disappointing esp since you put so much money into it buying packs then can’t play. Very aggravating.
@KDumas2786 Totally agree with you! I had just purchased two new packs and not been able to play them at all as mine does the same wont let me play any old or new games!
It very frustrating and disappointing! Just feels like I wasted my money because by the look of things the problem isn’t going to be fixed any time soon! ☹️
They have to do something.. the game isnt even functioning
- @Ashmc28 Ugh that’s very discouraging. At this point I wish I would’ve got it on pc they seem to have it easier then console which seems to be weird since things should’ve upgraded to console faster and better since more people would rather play console? Idk although you get a lot more things to do with pc to
- @geremy890 Agreed. I guess I’m gonna try a new save game to see if that works for me but doesn’t seem to work for that many or that long.
It’s been 12 days since I’ve been able to play my main save, and the new one I started after to try ended up not working either. Just a waste of money really
- It’s such a shame that it hasn’t been fixed yet. Almost 60 players have reported it now. PC issues seem to get sorted way quicker 😤. They have the cheek to be trying to build excitement for the knitting pack everywhere now too when players are literally unable to play because of their most recent patch for eco lifestyle. It’s a joke.
- @alexdm2u2 I totally agree! Will take weeks if not months at this rate! People will end up just deleting the game and moving on to something else.
still doing the same thing, this is really stupid. I paid all that money for the expansions and add ons for this game and it still is doing this. No one at all is able to fix this?
is the Xbox One and PS4 people only being blown off?
I mean, I already stopped playing Dragon Age Origins because it wouldn’t connect to my online account. Now here we are with me not being able to play sims 4 because it won’t load.
is this going to be an occurrence, cause if so. I might as well just not play the Sims anymore either
