Same issue here. My teen sim requested a computer club science fair on Sunday, I didn't realised it would conflict with Computer Club.

My sim attended slightly late, could not interact with any of the pre-placed tablets (I could click them, but the action would fail and he would just stand there), and then after buying my own from the vendor and completing the Game Jam entry and getting the notification to inform the judge, there was no judge on the lot to be found. I got no notifciatons at all for a winner (nor for Finchwick like others have been suggesting).
