Re: Possible Bug: Adults can't read to children

I'm planning to test both options. This was a fresh save when the issue popped up, So I don't have an outrageous amount of time invested in it. I also plan to make a new family just to test a separate household. I think the fact that I merged my character made family into a Maxis pre loaded one may be behind some of the wonkiness that I've had with this particular game. I'll test further and update with any results.

It does work on a newly created household. Considering that I've had numerous issues with this save I think I'm going to cut my losses and just load a new game. I mainly wanted to post the issue because it was a new one that I hadn't encountered before, but I'm going to hope it was an anomaly that won't crop up again.

I'm going to provisionally mark this off as solved, but if the issue reoccurs I'll be back to update. Unfortunatley with random glitches in a program this complex, it's often impossible to unravel all of the factors tha tmay have caused it.

Did you delete the broken save game or do you still have it ?
