Alright so I tried what was suggested and about an hour into starting a new game, as I even removed my old save data to see if the bug was a corrupted save file. And the problem has returned. Again, I am unable to select any personal options for this sim and any sim in the family which makes playing the game nearly impossible. This is a big bummer as I just saw some new kits dropped and they just announced something is coming on thw 31st.
