rewards store not working

ever since the update earlier today my sims who had the never weary as well as many of the other traits are not working anymore and my sims are falling asleep, getting hungry, and having to go to bat...

    As for the "Never Weary" trait, it has been adjusted so that instead of never needing to sleep, you need to sleep about 50% less.  The description in the reward store has been modified to reflect this change and now says that sims with the trait require less sleep instead of saying that they do not need to sleep at all.

    I am not sure if other trait based rewards were adjusted as well.

    If the change was deliberate:

    1. It is absolutely not worth 4k points anymore. The cost should have been adjusted to match the loss of functionality. In reality, it's not worth much more than gym rat now.

    2. All families that had already purchased that trait have had their points stolen by the change - the player had already saved up and spent the aspiration points for that trait due to it's existing functionality, and the trait has now been...pretty much destroyed in usefulness.

    3. This change should have been documented in the release notes. It wasn't.

      There's a separate thread for the never weary thread somewhere and it was done on purpose.

      I would post in the feedback forum over at the official forum and let the devs know

      If you truly feel you have had those points stolen, happily the patch does provide a remedy for you.  Directly from the patch notes:

      "

      • Have you satisfied your Sim today? Whims and Aspirations, both give satisfaction! And now, so does this cheat: sims.give_satisfaction_points #! Spend time working on whims and aspirations, OR just forget the whole thing and cheat your way to victory! (Don't forget to use testingcheats true first). " (Emphasis added)

      I am not trying to be smart with you, just trying to offer you a solution.
