Serious issues with The Sims 4: For Rent gameplay

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EXCEPT game packs: Werewolves, Batuu, Realm of magic, Strangerville, Vampires

Stuff packs: Paranormal stuff, Spooky

Kits: Poolside splash, Grunge revival, Basement treasure, Simtimates, Pastel pop, Moonlight chic, Carnaval streetwear, Modern menswear, Courtyard oasis, Throwback fit,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build your own apartment then

Issue 1) Rename the apartment and wait for some sort of notification to pop up

Issue 2) Unsure, it just occurred during the play (I was able to use the rental menu previously)

Issue 3) Build the apartment building and create units the by reshaping the room (dragging) delete one

Issue 4) Reshape some rooms, melt two apartments together and delete the apartment door (apartment A) and keep the front door for second unit (apartment B). The whole unit should stay selected as the apartment with deleted door (apartment A)
What happens when the bug occurs? 

Issue 1) Notification has original name in it

Issue 2) No chance to do anything with rental

Issue 3) I accidentally in build and buy mode deleted one unit, now instead of adding new one it just renames and recolours one from the list (I did a test and if I delete another one or two I am unable to get to the full amount of 6, in the end I was stuck with three)

Issue 4) Sim will stand in the position of previous door unable to enter, never reaches the actual front door
What do you expect to see? 

Issue 1) notification actual renamed name of the apartment with  

Issue 2) owned rental menu

Issue 3) being able to add another unit when I accidentally delete one

Issue 4) even when doing changes in build mode the sim should use the apartment door that is actually there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No system update, just game update with The sims 4: For rent
