Move a household to a new lot while they owe bills at the previous lot maybe? I'm not 100% sure what caused itWhat happens when the bug occurs? Sims do the animation of paying bills, but no money is deducted from household funds and bills remain unpaid.What do you expect to see? NoWhen I try to have a sim pay the household bills, they do the animation but nothing happens and the option to pay bills is still there. I have removed all mods and it is still not working.It could be because I moved them to a new lot after bills were delivered at the previous lot.I tried moving them to a different lot, taking them on vacation, adding a new sim to the household to see if they could pay them, waiting a few weeks for new bills to arrive but they never did, tried to pay by computer and phone and mailbox but nothing worked. The bills are also weirdly and I have no idea why (71 simoleons)? Other households in this save are still able to pay their bills, its just this one family ☹️ This has been happening since before the most recent patchAlso I have removed all mods and cleared cache before repairing but still no luck

I actually did another test. I moved my entire sim family out of the current home and onto an empty lot. I was then able to pay the bills in my sims inventory for the empty lot and moved back into the old lot and my bills were paid and power on.

@mightyspritesims they moved from an apartment to a regular lot, the old bills were around 5k a week so im not sure where the $71 came from,the unpaid bills amount has been increasing!i'll try moving them one at a time and see if that helps at all

Moving this to mods/cc issues until it's clear it's not a mod issue.

1000% it's not a mod issue, gone through all my mods/cc and problem still not fixed sadly, and tested without mods.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I have MODS but they are all updated and even when removed the issue was still there.

I moved out of the current home, separated the family, repaired game and made sure the MODS were not an issue and the bills are stuck in my sims inventory and I am unable to pay bills through the letter in the inventory, over the phone or on the computer. Can someone help? I also switched households and they were able to pay bills!

@RedRidingHood22 At which point did you remove the mods/cc ? Before or after they got stuck ?

What lot type are you living on ?

I removed the MODS after I noticed the issue to which the issue still occurred after I tested it again w/o the MODS. And I’m living on a regular residential Lot Type 50 x 40 in San Sequoia.

@RedRidingHood22 If the bills are already stuck in your inventory, I'm not sure if removing mods would remove them.

Could you test another household with no mods/cc on a backup of your save ?
