Weeds won't go away and plants keep reverting

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.332.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every single one including kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have plants grown into the blooming stage. When they get weeds, try to weed them. Do anything to some plants and they'll revert to mulch.
What happens when the bug occurs? Weeds won't be able to be weeded at all. Plants and trees revert to mulch.
What do you expect to see? Weeds going to be gone when weeded and full-grown plants will stay full-grown after taking care of them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This happend after some update. Weed problem started in December and reverting started after the last update as I've been noticing.

SO INNOING..... ;((((

Spells and shift cheat helps a little but can't get harvest from some plants because of reverting.

Any mod fixes or help from EA is all wanted. I want my money tree to work.
