The roofing on the Remington looks very nice! :) The greenery on the exterior walls gives a nice look to the home, and the flowers look pretty placed along the front edges of the home, The pond and water fountain feature in the front garden is pretty for Sims to see when outdoors at their home. The flowers and plants look nice on the edges of the water and the pink flamingo is a nice touch there. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars, Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home!
It is a very nice family home :)

Parkshore is such a very pretty build! :) It is great that there are two homes in the build! The exterior design of the homes looks so very nice! Very nice tower, roofing and dormers! The colours of the exteriors look very nice. The flower box windows look very pretty! The flowers through the outdoors areas look very lovely! The layout of the build is very nice. The pathways look great! Very nice pool and outdoors dining area! The flowers look very nice on the edges of the pool, and the water fountain is a nice touch there. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. They will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The water fountain feature in the front garden area look nice. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice layout of the interior of the homes!

Seems Legit... #Victorian #vampire 3 bedroom 2 bath with study and pool. Looks like a nice normal house on the outside but inside, hmmmm.... Coffin room has room for 2 and the children's room also has #toddler bed and toys. Nice master bedroom, but who sleeps in this house? Muhahahahaaa... #marjia

The exterior design of Seems Legit looks very nice! :) Very nice roofing! The master bedroom and the coffin room in the interior of the home look great! Very nice purple and black colour scheme of the bedroom! The gothic theme of the furnishings looks great ! The floor and wall patterning gives a great look to the room! Very nice kitchen. The brick wall texture look great, and the floor tiling is very nice. It is great that there is an eat in area in the kitchen. Very nice bar area off from the living room. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar.
The home is great, both the interior and the exterior! :)

Thanks, I got a lot of comments on my Vampire Victorian, but not a lot of downloads. It's really a nice layout. Spacious and easy to play.
