☆☆ Sims 4 Quality Control Practice Challenges ☆☆

@crysk I created a one-square basement room for the one light fixture that did work on the patio. I might have moved it again once it was moo'd into place, but when I put the saved lot onto a new lot, it was still in place and still looking normal. I have not been able to duplicate it again, though. I am satisfied with the solution I came up with using floor fixtures.
