Sorry for the late reply. Had an exam today. :lol:
@Jendowoz0612 I wanted the main focus to be on creativity rather than interpretations, that way no one is penalized for having different interpretations. So as long as they were creative with whatever idea/interpretation/inspiration came to mind (pretty much like any comp), they should be fine. So an example is that if the song is about how much someone loves another person (and has a hard time accepting it), and the image is of a sim just standing there staring blankly at the screen (and no connection to the song), they won't really do well in ranking. Now say if someone did an emotional image of them struggling to come to terms with that love, or a shot of what they think happened after that love was expressed (like a wedding), they'd do a lot better. Does that make sense?
Then when thinking about ranking we also look at relation to song, requirements if applicable, quality, judge's preference, etc. So the ranking system here is similar to the other comps that use it (like Face Off, Tales of Fairies, Miss Community, etc.), it's a combo of everything. I'll probably go over it more later to make sure we all understand, and how you'll be sending scores, etc.

I actually don't mind metal that much, it really just depends on the song for me. I get kinda sensitive to noises, which is why I can't stand most screamo, or anything too high pitched, especially if it goes on for long periods of time. xD I'm just weird like that. Lol. I also can't stand certain smells, really sensitive. I basically can't walk through a candle section without the urge to vomit or run away. :lol: (That was like, TMI, but still. LOL)
I know "Livin' on a Prayer", and like it! I love their song "It's My Life".
@Karababy52 Ohhhh they're pink headphones! So happy to have you on board! I remember Adam Lambert from American Idol, I think we have his first album. xD
