Loved the idea of this competition this round we were to roll the dice then build what we got.
I got Asian theme on 40x30 lot with a budget of 200k.
I have never even attempted an Asian build before so this was so far out of my comfort zone, hopefully I pulled it off.

Pammiechick’s thoughts: OMG…we need to PUSH you outside your little box more often! What a GORGEOUS BUILD! And it was spot on in Asian influence. As soon as my sims arrived, they HAD to do some yoga to balance their chi! And all the fountains and the lights just set the mood. The inside is spectacular with the soothing browns, greens and reds—very Asian inspired. And I loved how you placed some of the bonsai trees. I felt like I was in Japan! You couldn’t have done better with what you were given—the windows matched perfectly with the design as well! My sims were thrilled with playing inside this house and I will be using it a lot in my future games!
