The Residency is a very nice home! :) The exterior design of the building looks great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The grey, brown and white colour scheme of the interior looks very nice! The patterned flooring in areas of the home looks very great! Very nice bedroom! The aquariums look nice placed either sides of the bed. The bar, media and games room looks nice. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofas there watching movies on the large screen and enjoy a drink from the bar. They will have fun playing football. The movie pictures are nice touches on the wall. Very nice design of the kitchen. The island work bench looks great. Very nice fireplace sitting and reading area. The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the fireplace. Sims will enjoy resting there reading a book.
