Wave Crest Beach House is very nice! :) Very nice design and layout of the build! The outdoors areas look great! Nice loungers nook for sims to enjoy resting there in the sunshine. They will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air. Very nice corner sofa seats sitting nook! The furnishing of the interior of the home looks very nice! The yellow curtains in the bedroom look sunny and the tropical beach picture on the wall suits well the theme of the home. Nice window sitting area in the living room for sim to enjoy chatting there with sunlight coming in onto them through the windows. The windows dining area is also very nice. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows whilst eating their meals. The string of photos on the study desk wall is a great touch there! Sims will enjoy sitting there at the desk table using the computer.
