The modern exterior design of Modern A-Frame Loft is very nice! :) The layout of the build, both the outdoors and the interior looks great! Very nice A frame design. Very nice outdoors living and dining patio areas for Sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofa seat bench in the sunlight or enjoy eating meals on the dining table that they have cooked on the bbq. They will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. The trellis roofing over areas of the home is very nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The brown colour scheme gives a very nice look and feel to the home. The loft bed level is very nice! It is great that there is an en-suite Bathroom . Very nice windows study desk nook for Sims to enjoy using the computer with sunshine coming in onto them.
It is a very nice modern home :)
