23 Modern Brooks St is a lovely modern home! :) Very nice exterior design, great upper balcony entry area, and the pool patio is very nice! The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice warm and calming wood walls and flooring. The windows dining area is lovely for sims to enjoy the outdoors views whilst eating meals. The fruit bowl is a nice home touch on the table. Very nice peaceful bedroom. The plants wallart is restful for sims to look at, and very nice patterned rug :)
