Almost any other time I would have said yes to this .. and I still say go for it. However, my plan for this stream will be different than the rest so far. I'm thinking about staying in CAS to grab the before and after sims from your catalogs. If I do that then I wouldn't be moving sims into any homes in the game world. Maybe you could pick your oldest of the newest sims to makeover?
