I think it's just fine to go grab one that you haven't yet shared @x4m1r4 .. try to find your oldest one and choose to share them both together in one household or you can share the "before" sim first. Then separately share the "after" sim. I'm really hoping to have/find/see both the before and after sims during stream but it's not necessary to have the before one if you don't want to share it ;) I hope that helps clarify things guys ?
