100 Baby Challenge - (Dystopian Society) - Gen. 1-*NEW*-UP-DATE AUG 24

Thank you@SamiNY623 - I was on a whirlwind writing this and decided I needed to finish my asylum challenge before I continued this. But it will be continued, as I have notes and screenshots just waiting for me to start up again. Thanks for reading and commenting :)
