I have been so crazy busy lately I just haven't had the mental/social energy to come read forums. So I completely apologize for my break. I'm back now and catching up on my forum reading/posting. So, sorry in advance for the long comment, but I wanted to go through everything in order so I wouldn't miss a thing!
@icanhassims I adore your drag queen. You did an amazing job on the stage.. I would totally go watch drag performances there, it looks like a great place to be.
Your stone age lot is great! I like your sims for that one, too. Cronk's face is by far my favorite, he's got great features! You're completely correct that primitive sims and lots are very difficult to do!
My jaw literally dropped when I saw your rainbow family. The cat.... SQUEE!! How did you do the rainbow fur?! I will definitely be downloading that one. I'm not good with creating pet fur looks, I tend to go with the defaults. And each of the rooms are stunning. I love how each one truly has a personality in the build. I think Red was by far my favorite, though.
The industrial look you managed in the biker bar is great! And I really dig the outfits. If only I was confident enough to dress like Shayla!
The mannequin in the tank...! Great idea. I've never thought of doing that! Mara's out of this world proportions are great. I can definitely see them as a failed experiment trying to just live their own life with the strange looks they would get.
I am so impressed at the tree house and tomboy. I love the matching hair, and as for the build.... I'm moving in. :)
@tatselk Welcome! I'm so excited to see all the things you will come up with. The monochrome sim is utterly amazing (and reminds me that I haven't posted my Monochrome sim and his house.. but I think I will wait until we have platforms, because it would add SO much to that house.) The matching house is GREAT. You did a wonderful job on making the entire thing black and white!
@Clousinators Wonderful library! I don't blame you for not wanting to make another one after all the work that must have gone into that build! The floor-to-ceiling bookcases are the stuff readers dream of. The little nook by the stairs is probably where you'd find me on my visit. It's so cozy!!
