I actually made this for a request but when she said she wanted lots of gray I figured I could make the build work for her and this challenge. She wanted a modern style home with 3-4 bedrooms, an in home gym, and a basement for practicing magic. So I made the entire house as grey as possible (besides the basement). I didn't upload the family because my sims usually only get 1 download a piece but I still made then as monotone as possible too :)
