2018 Challenge Tournament on Carl's Guide

@MVWdeZT Oooo, the Handiness Challenge looks like so much fun!

I'd really love to participate in this tournament of challenges, but due to one of the general rules, I don't think I can which makes me sad. :( It's not your fault, it's my toaster of a laptop that prevents me from keeping worlds unalterated. In order to play, I have created a barebones, somewhat streamlined 'template' that I use to start every game file.

This template has all the residentual lots, all venues except one of each and some of the premades' homes bulldozed. I still have all the parks though and one basic campground lot. The Willow Creek & Oasis Springs parks have been altered to include showers and a few other items and the campground lot is one I made myself. For the parks, (if I'm allowed to compete) I could go in and restore them to original very easily and the campground too.

Also, some of the premades have been deleted and those left have been given makeovers. So, nothing is unaltered except for Newcrest which begins blank by default.

I can't just start a brand new save file because I don't think my laptop could handle all those lots fullly loaded, all the Maxis venues loaded in my tray file and all the premades/townies it would generate as a result. Plus, I have to frequently go to Manage Households (which would mean going to Manage Worlds) to delete excess townies to keep my game files streamlined.

The only way I can see that would maybe allow me to compete is to use Newcrest? Would I be allowed to compete using my template file in Newcrest? *crosses fingers* Please let me know, I'd really love to compete if possible, I love challenges! Thank you! :)
