I've been building even more than usual lately and recently finished a Newcrest townhouse for one of my sims. It was built to be placed on Asphalt Abodes, but can be placed on any 30x20 lot.

It's a 'more affordable' version of the Million-Dollar Townhouse I built a few months ago (and which can also be found on the gallery).


RESIDENTIAL

This lot was designed to replace Asphalt Abodes in Newcrest.
