Modern Newcrest Townhouse is a lovely townhouse! :) Very nice exterior design,great modern windows used and the lavender is pretty! Very nice and stylish furnishing of the interior! The open plan layout is very nice. The windows dining area is lovely for sims to enjoy eating meals in the sunlight. The bedroom is lovely! Sims will have great outdoors views the windows wall. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area to enjoy watching tv, reading and playing console games.
It is a very nice home for sims to enjoy living in :)
