Little River Villa is a lovely island modern family home! :) Very lovely exterior design, windows walls and the greenery, flowers, trees are beautiful! The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice design and layout of each room and area! Very great rooftop patio! Sims will enjoy dancing, cooking on the bbq and dining there in the outdoors air, and relaxing on the loungers. Very nice hot tub area and sims will enjoy drinks from the bar.
It is a very beautiful modern island home for a family :)
