Yes, you read right. You can call for repairs on Monday and Thursday without taking a penalty. But ... if you don't want to wait until then, repair things and have each Sim takes -3 points.
To get in-game screenshots with text, I press Alt + PrtSc (print screen) and copy that into Paint, then save from there. I use the free editing site BeFunky to crop the picture or edit. The site also allows for collages, too. Anyway, that's what I do & I'm sure there are other ways this can be done. :)
