A question about missing functions in build mode
I do not play sims often, most of time, I build different architecture. There are too many functions in build mode in the Sims 3 and Sims 2 are gone in the Sims 4. I am really curious whether these functions will come back in the Sims 4, any SimGuru can give me an explanation please?
Functions missing:
1. The foundation that can be built inside the room, I mean I can build it on second floor or in the basement.
2. The terrain tools;
3. The curve swimming pool;
4. The garage and cars;
5. The fountain pool that can be built in the basement.
6. Spiral ladder;
7. Elevator
